We stayed at Pine Crest Hotel in Kalam for three nights. Had a wonderful time. The food including freshly made trout was excellent. The whole property was very well maintained, fully carpeted, hot water, back up Generator etc. The best part was the heavenly view of snow clad Hindukush mountains all around us. Highly recommended. The government is requested to quickly repair the road from Bahrain to Kalam so that more tourists can visit and enjoy their hospitality.

I stayed in Pine crest from 23 to 25 Dec, rooms were clean, staff was cooperative and soft spoken. Food quality was very good.. parking space is there for 15 cars. Resort is 15km from mall road nainital and 4km from Bhimtal. Market is nearby where good restaurant options are also available. Kids friendly place.. this resort is not wheelchair accessible..
